A wonderful little design by Sally Melville! In her words it is:

“Not a poncho, not a cape, not a shrug, not a cowl, not a shawl. It is small enough to wear under a coat but big enough to wear instead of one…. [it is] that thing you wear on an airplane in case the AC is turned too high….”

She offers the pattern in 4 different gauges and 2 stitch patterns which is a wonderful option but perhaps a little confusing. Mary has done two so she has it down pat and is poised to help you interpret Sally’s instructions.

Preferably the class will all use chunky yarn so that we will be able to finish the steps in a timely fashion.
