Wet Felted Fingerless Mitts

This wet felting project is just right for beginners.

Briefly, wet felting is the process of laying out wool fibers in a pattern and working them together with water, soap, and elbow grease to form a sturdy fabric. The scales on the wool grab on to each other as you massage the roving, and then as if by magic they condense and you have a fabric!

In this class you will have a choice of fiber bats in various colors and fiber content. Susan will provide all the rest of the equipment for you to make your mitts.

Come with energy and wear comfortable clothes that you are OK with getting wet.
